No — I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a receipt or monthly Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I do not interface with insurance companies.

All sessions are exclusively virtual, conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform. There are no in-person sessions of any kind.

The initial appointment is 70 minutes, designed to map the family system, history, and where the pressure is concentrated. All subsequent sessions are 53 minutes. Sessions can be weekly, or more frequently if you wish.

Not at all. Differing opinions between partners are expected and do not mean your family is doomed. Both perspectives can be useful at different stages of recovery — part of the work is getting you aligned on a shared, deliberate strategy.

Yes — individual therapy is available for single, uncoupled, divorced, or solo clients. The work is the same; you just carry it in your own hands.

If you are outside Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, you do not qualify for licensed therapy. Coaching is available worldwide — it covers the same underlying Family Systems framework and is deeply effective, just without the geographic restriction of licensure.
